About Us
Ham Pittsburgh is a non-profit social organization dedicated to advancing the interests of Amateur Radio enthusiasts. We support all the ham-related organizations in and around Pittsburgh

For Hams, by Hams.

Our membership is limited to FCC-licensed Amateur Radio Licensees only.

HamPgh History
The organization was founded in January 2006 by KB3MXR and is dedicated to my elmers KA3TDQ, K3FKI, and N3TTE. Also, to the glorious madman who got me started more than 20 years ago; mathematics guru, Commercial Radio licensee, Ham, code speedmeister, and all-around inspiring dude - "Hey Veektorr, you splashed the solder again - you'd better take and clean it up"  K3LTY.
